Fourier is a senior-led firm whose people have advised government, private and not-for-profit organisations across electricity, financial services, superannuation, aviation, water and logistics. We combine global consulting experience from firms such as EY, Accenture and PwC with hands-on delivery, and our senior people lead every engagement.
Lukasz Konopka
Managing Director, Tech Consulting Services
A senior IT leader, an Enterprise Architect and a Digital Technology Advisor with an extensive knowledge in IT and Digital strategy formulation and execution of transformational change. Lukasz is passionate about making impact by applying the right technology to the problems worth solving. He always maintains focus on enabling sustainable business growth, better products and services, improved staff and customer satisfaction and ultimately shareholder value. He has over 20 years of consulting experience at global firms and IT management experience working for large private and government entities across Health and Aged Care, Water and Electrical Utilities, Banking, Fund Management, Mining, Aviation and Logistics.
Saurav Kataria
Managing Director, Consulting Services
A seasoned professional with 20+ years of global experience in Strategy, Innovation and Transformation in line management and consulting organisations. Saurav is driven by achieving ambitious outcomes with the resources available. His professional experience comes from senior leadership and executive positions within both Industry and Consulting organisations. He has established a reputation for being a “fixer” when it comes to architecting and delivering complex initiatives, from the beginning of business case development or assisting to recovery of off-track programs. He serves as an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force Reserves and occasionally lectures at QUT Business School and IT & Engineering School at Queensland University of Tech.
James Christie
Managing Director, AI Strategy & Transformation
James is a global leader in AI strategy and transformation, with over 25 years’ experience in management consulting and consumer products across Australia, Japan, the Middle East and South Asia. He has held senior leadership roles at EY and Philip Morris International, leading major transformation programs including a multi-country CRM deployment. As co-founder of Artificial Workflow, he developed and scaled an AI productivity platform now used by more than 5,000 users worldwide, delivering end-to-end AI programs spanning governance, readiness, use case definition, data preparation, proof-of-concept testing and scaling. His work also includes operating model redesign, digital transformation and workforce planning, aligning people, systems and processes to enable organisational readiness and performance.
Steven Taub
Managing Director, Cyber Security & Data
Steven has over 25 years’ experience in Cyber Security and Technology management in leading organizations, having held senior roles at various well-known Australian companies, with 13 years combined at Macquarie Group and Credit Suisse. Steven is passionate about assisting businesses build cyber resilience, and cyber and technology maturity. He established and led the cybersecurity framework as CISO/CIO of Inloop Group, achieving and maintaining ISO27001 certification. He matured the framework as InLoop grew into an emerging business, reconstituted and chaired the InLoop Risk Committee and risk management framework. As CISO and acting CTO at HICAPS (subsidiary of the NAB), he managed the technical transition from LanternPay, led the cybersecurity framework and delivered ISO27001 recertification.
Damian Lillicrap
Managing Director, Investment Strategy
Damian is a globally respected investment strategist with over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. He served as Head of Investment Strategy at QSuper and then Australian Retirement Trust from 2009 to 2023, where he was a founding member of the investment function. Damian played a pivotal role in building the team and designing strategies that shaped multi-billion-dollar asset allocations across global bonds, equities, infrastructure, property, commodities, and alternatives. His team also managed dynamic and tactical allocations, refining exposures by region and security selection. Originally trained as a chemical engineer, Damian transitioned into finance after five years in the industry. A CPA and GAICD, he is a strong advocate for continuous process improvement. Now semi-retired, Damian remains active through freelance consulting and volunteer roles.
