Starting in the regions, working across Australia
We work with clients in cities and regions across Australia. Our first freight model starts in regional Queensland, where there is a clear gap in service and where the airspace rules make early operations more achievable, and it will extend to inland, northern and remote communities.

We are building a drone freight network ourselves
SkyPouch is the regional drone freight network we are building, linking regional towns with regular drone deliveries and growing towards a national network. The first corridor runs from Toowoomba through Dalby and Roma to Charleville, in staged legs, with continued support from the Toowoomba, Western Downs, Maranoa and Murweh councils.
Running the network ourselves keeps our advice practical and current, and it means the lessons we share with clients on sites, approvals and community engagement come from our own experience.

Freight and resilience in one network
Disaster and humanitarian applicationsRoutine commercial freight keeps the network busy every day, and that same infrastructure and local capability can support communities when roads are cut or supply lines are needed in remote areas.

Everyday regional freight
Regular drone deliveries give regional businesses and communities faster access to the goods and parts they rely on, starting with small parcels and growing towards much larger payloads over time.

Disaster recovery capability
The same network gives councils a capability they can call on when floods or fires cut roads and isolate communities, using mobile depots that can be set up quickly wherever they are needed.

Defence supply lines
Infrastructure built for regional freight can also support supply lines into remote Australia, which is why our work extends to Australia’s Defence drone capability.
