2026 Queensland Private Sector Small winner
Fourier Advisory Pty Ltd received the 2026 ADF Reserves and Employer Support Award for Queensland in the Private Sector (Small) category. The award recognises our commitment to supporting Defence Reservists in the workplace over a sustained period.
The presentation took place on 1 September 2026 at the United Services Club in Brisbane. Commander 11th Brigade, Brigadier Mark Smith, CSC, presented the award to James Christie and Flight Lieutenant Saurav Kataria.
Supporting service alongside civilian careers
Reservists balance civilian employment with commitments to the Australian Defence Force. The support of their employers helps them complete those commitments and contribute when they are needed.
For Fourier Advisory, this recognition reflects an important responsibility: supporting our people’s contribution beyond their civilian roles. We value the leadership, judgement and commitment to service that Reservists bring to the workplace.
About the Employer Support Awards
The ADF Reserves and Employer Support Awards formally recognise civilian employers who have gone above and beyond in supporting their reservist employees over a sustained period. The awards acknowledge the practical contribution employers make to enabling Reserve service.
Awards are held in each state and territory. Categories cover small, medium and large private-sector employers, the public sector, the Defence public sector and not-for-profit organisations. Fourier Advisory’s recognition is the Queensland Private Sector (Small) award.
